TRAINING PROGRAMS


ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

Each program is custom designed to help athletes improve on their strength, power, speed/agility, and conditioning for their specific sport, along with injury prevention.

ONE ON ONE

  • 1 hour 15 minutes sessions
  • You get to work privately with one of our strength & conditioning coaches.

SMALL GROUP (2 – 4 people per group)

  • 1 hour 15 minutes sessions
  • You will train with a group of 2 – 4 people with similar training goals

Adult fitness

For those who have the desire to get into the best shape of their lives. Each program is custom designed to help individuals achieve their fitness goals.

ONE ON ONE

  • 1 hour 15 minutes session
  • You get to work privately with one of our strength & conditioning coaches.

  • 1 hour session to 1 hour 15 minutes

Online training

(via WILT Performance app)

  • Allows you to workout whenever and wherever.
  • Budget friendly option to get customized training.
  • All exercises in the program are recorded so you can see how each exercise is done correctly.
  • Weekly check-ins (Can contact your coach during the week if you have any questions about your workouts).
  • Monthly Program tailored to your specific goals.
